The Conveyancing Process for Sellers in Kent

1. Instruct Your Solicitor Early

This avoids delays once a buyer is found.

2. Provide Property Forms

  • Fittings & Contents Form (TA10)
  • Leasehold form (TA7) if applicable

3. Contract Pack Sent to Buyer
